Dear Parents, What an amazing year our Mighty Hawks have had! It’s hard to believe the school year is already coming to a close. I want to take a moment to say how proud I am of each and every one of our students. You’ve worked hard, grown so much, and made our school a joyful place to learn and grow. Parents, thank you for all the support you’ve given throughout the year. Your involvement truly helps our students shine. And to our wonderful teachers and staff, your care, creativity, and dedication make Macdonell Elementary the best school in Laredo ISD! As we head into summer, I hope everyone takes time to rest, play outside, read some good books from our AR Summer Reading Challenge, and enjoy time with family and friends. For those joining us for summer school, we’re excited to welcome you back! Summer school here at Macdonell Elem. is always a fun way to keep learning going and enjoy exciting new activities to prepare our students for the new school year!
